All applications are submitted online and processed on a first-come, first-served basis once a complete application is received.

General Application Qualifications

 All applicants are screened using consistent, objective criteria in compliance with Fair Housing laws.

While specific requirements may vary by property, general screening criteria typically include:

  • Verifiable income meeting minimum requirements
  • Satisfactory rental history
  • Background screening
  • Credit evaluation
  • Valid government-issued identification

Meeting the minimum qualifications does not guarantee approval. All applications are evaluated in accordance with applicable laws and owner requirements.

  3. Complete ID Verification 
  4. Application screening is conducted
  5. Deposit link sent to applicant's email address
  6. Approved applicants will be contacted with next steps

Incomplete applications may delay processing. Application fees are non-refundable.

Maintenance Requests

Maintenance requests must be submitted through the designated maintenance system. This allows requests to be tracked, documented, and addressed efficiently.

Emergency maintenance issues should be reported according to lease instructions.
