My name is Amber McDowell, and I am the Property Manager in Charge at Palmetto Property Management of SC, serving Columbia, South Carolina and the surrounding Midlands communities.

With over a decade of hands-on experience in residential property management, I oversee the daily operations, legal compliance, and strategic management of a diverse portfolio of rental properties throughout the region.
